About - Frank Naidoo
Frank Naidoo is a distinguished legal expert renowned for his extensive expertise in labour law. Since founding Naidoo & Associates Inc. in 2008, Frank has consistently provided exceptional counsel and representation in complex labour law matters, including disputes involving unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, sexual harassment, retrenchment, unfair labour practices, and various discrimination claims, among others, leading a dedicated team of experienced lawyers to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
His expertise and impartial judgement were recognised through his appointment as a part-time Commissioner at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration (CCMA) in 2014, and subsequently as an Acting Judge of the Labour Court in 2017. Frank's impressive legal career also includes significant roles as a Senior State Advocate with the Office for Serious Economic Offences in 1996 and with the Asset Forfeiture Unit in 2001, where he pursued justice in cases of economic crimes and asset recovery.
Frank has held pivotal leadership positions in prominent public institutions, serving as Head of Legal Services for the City of Tshwane in 2005 and the City of Johannesburg Property Company in 2006. In 2008, he assumed the crucial role of Head of the Cartel’s Unit at the Competition Commission of South Africa, demonstrating his deep understanding and strategic navigation of complex regulatory environments.
